Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Little Investors (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Little Investors

Accounts may only be created by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. Children use the Service only through a profile created and supervised by that parent. You are responsible for the activity of the child profiles under your account.

2. What Little Investors is — and isn't

Little Investors is an educational product for kids ages 10–13. It teaches concepts about money and investing through lessons, quizzes, and a paper-trading simulator.

It is not financial, investment, or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
The simulator uses virtual money and simulated or delayed price data. No real money is involved and no real trades are placed.
Simulated results do not predict or guarantee real-world investment outcomes.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Notify us promptly at littleinvestorsapp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for anything other than personal, family, educational use.
Attempt to break, probe, or circumvent the Service's security or access other families' data.
Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service's content except as allowed by law.
Misuse the Service in any unlawful or harmful way.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its lessons, software, branding, and the Mr. Coin character, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended educational purpose.

6. Third-party services

The Service runs on third-party providers (such as hosting, database, and email). Your use may also be subject to those providers' terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any educational outcome will be achieved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Investors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because the simulator uses virtual money, it creates no real financial gain or loss.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.

10. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify parents.

11. Governing law
